So the groundhog predicts an early spring. I have been working on some new flower canes, the cheery brightness of them a welcome distraction from the grey damp outdoors. The latest batch– more pansys! Pansys are one of my favorite flowers as they are one of the first to appear in the shops for spring and can tolerate the sometimes unpredictable New England Weather. A hanging basket of their happy little faces always makes the end of winter seem a little easier to bear. These will be up for sale soon!

and…GO PATRIOTS!!
I hope everyone had a happy and healthy holiday season! My first project of the year is underway, and I have updated the about polymer page with some pictures and a brief outline of the process I use to create my canes and beads. I am often asked at fairs if I paint the flowers, so I created a display board with pictures to help explain the process to people. Please take a look and let me know what you think or if there are any other questions!
The store will be closed from now until January 3. I will be adding a lot of new items at that time. I hope everyone has a very peaceful and happy holiday!
This week I have some new canes and some old favorites in CAT’s ebay shop.
I also have new roses that are frosty pale winter colors, and snowflakes!
I have started to make some lovely pendants and bracelets and premiered them at the fair I did this past Sunday. These two are sold, but more to come! I will be putting them up in the store shortly, in both silver and gold. As always I am willing to do custom work as well!
